Grace Wang

I’m a trilingual project and strategy professional with experience leading teams, coordinating complex initiatives and turning commercial priorities into execution. Originally from China and now based in Paris, I’m pursuing the Master in Management at INSEAD. My experience spans international business development, large-scale conferences, consulting and China market strategy. I’m particularly drawn to work that requires clear thinking, cross-cultural leadership and the ability to move from strategy to tangible results.

I approach projects by first defining the objective, priorities and responsibilities clearly. I bring together the right people, create a practical plan and keep execution moving when circumstances change. Having led teams and coordinated clients, partners and suppliers, I’m comfortable balancing different expectations while maintaining focus on the final outcome. I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: understanding the broader commercial question while staying close enough to the details to ensure the work gets done.

I’m interested in how AI can improve the way people and teams work. I actively explore new tools, identify recurring pain points and build practical solutions that remove friction from research, coordination and execution. My focus is not technology for its own sake, but understanding where a workflow breaks down and creating something useful to improve it. I enjoy moving from an initial problem to a working tool through testing, refining and adapting it around the people who will actually use it.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me training boxing, going to gym or getting deliberately lost in a new neighbourhood and meeting new friends. Living across different cultures has made me curious about the small things people do differently, from how they communicate to what they consider a proper breakfast. I also enjoy learning languages, partly for the connection and partly for the satisfaction of finally understanding the joke.
